This house was built in 2002 and stands on a large property in a very calm neigborhood. That Finca is over 22,000 square feet big. Nevertheless you'll get to the fine, white beaches of the Mediterranean in less than 10 minutes. Also new is the tasteful furniture of the house. You will be excited by the private atmosphere. The natives here named their valley by purpose VALLE DEL SOL - the SUN VALLEY.
