The landlord makes available for the tenant the fully furnished property located at:

The cost for application and to have the property cleaned at the end of the above designated period is EURO _____ under normal conditions and is to be leave on the bar desk in the property. Please inform us about your sheduled arrival. Please take good care of the property as well as the furnishings.

A down payment in the amount of EURO _____ (50% of rent) is due at the time the contract is completed / reservations made. The remaining amount is due at the day of arrival. The tenant is required to pay 25% of the above agreed rental amount if the rental contract is cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the period, and 50% within 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the period.
